Dear Brothers and Sisters in
Christ,
Thank you for all the praying that you have been doing for Thuy and me.
We Just received news from a factory manager that we have permission to
conduct Bible studies at a factory that employees about nine hundred
women, mostly Muslim, Hindu and Vietnamese women.
Our objective is to prepare the Vietnamese women, with the word of God,
so they can carry it with them back to Vietnam when their work permits
are up.
The Factory manager took us to see the Vietnamese women in their living
quarters. He instructed his security personal to help and protect us on
each of our future visits. We were well received by the Vietnam ladies
on our visit. They liked Thuy right away, as she has a special draw to
other Vietnamese people.
The factory manager cautioned us to be alert on our visits, as he
doesn't know what kind of feedback he may get from the other people,
positive or negative. If he gets to many complaints, it could result in
our visits being terminated. So Please! continue to lift us up in
prayer. By the way, if you haven't guessed yet, the manager is a born
again Christian Chinese man.

Dear Church,
Thuy, Samuel & myself have been going through the streets of Johor Bahru,
Malaysia with a Vietnamese pastor. When the Vietnamese workers get off
work from the factories, we meet them as they come home. 10 to 15 people
(or some cases 50 people) live in some of the houses or in buildings.
They share expenses because of limited income. We are usually invited
into their homes and are able to witness to them. We then invite them to
an Assembly of God Church. Last night 13 Vietnamese accepted the Lord.
Thank You Jesus!!!!
We are staying at an Assembly of God church in Johor Bahru, about 1/2 a
mile from Singapore. God has really opened the door to witness to the
Vietnamese.
Please pray for us as this country is about 65% Muslims and they don't
like Christian churches.
Love,
Tom & Thuy McCusker

Thuy & I arrived in Johor
Bahru yesterday. We spent the first two days in Penang. There is a
lot of ministries for the Vietnamese people to be done here. We feel
like God is really going to pour out His Spirit to this people.
Please keep us in prayer.
