Women's Ministries

To assist women to grow in spiritual maturity toward Jesus Christ and in ministry to others by providing opportunities that enable them to discover their purpose and potential in Christ.

Our statement of purpose is carried out through four areas in Women's Ministries:

SUPPORT MINISTRIES (Ministry)
Provides opportunities for women to use their gifts and talents in service to God, our church, and other women, through encouragement, support, and service. (Colossians 3:23,24)

FELLOWSHIP MINISTRIES (Membership)
Provides opportunities of fellowship, encouragement, and building relationships with one another. (Hebrews 10:24)

DISCIPLESHIP MINISTRIES (Maturity)
Provides opportunities for instruction, mentoring, and growing deeper in the knowledge of God's Word and Biblical application for daily living. (Ephesians 4:13)

EVANGELISM MINISTRIES (Missions)
Provides opportunities for outreach, sharing God's love, to our community and the world. (Matthew 28:19,20)

Support

Church Socials

Our purpose is to organize the food planning for all-church social functions (e.g., banquets, potlucks, dessert fellowships, etc.)

Wedding Coordination

Wedding Coordinators assist in ceremony preparation, wedding etiquette and Church Policy to ensure a memorable and enjoyable event.

Meals on Wheels
Meals are provided on a short-term basis to families when the wife is unable to prepare them due to physical disabilities such as medical operation, birth of a baby, etc.

Funeral Meals

Reaching out to people during the time of their loss of a loved one.

Fellowship

Joy Fellowship

Joy Fellowship is an evening ladies' gathering even designed to collectively bring together all ladies for a time of fellowship and encouragement. Meetings are announced in advance.

Retreats

A 2-3 day "away" time for the purpose of fellowship and spiritual renewal.

Meeting on Monday Evenings at 7:00 PM, this Ladies' Bible Study is designed to provide fellowship, encouragement and a deeper knowledge of God's Word. 

District Events
These events are designed to provide fellowship, growth, encouragement and a Missions awareness and involvement on a District level.

Friendship Celebrations

Events designed as an outreach to ladies in our community. Non-threatening and up-beat, we "put our best foot forward" to provide events of high interest which will appeal to all ladies.
